Alpha Chi Sigma was founded in 1902 at the University of Wisconsin at Madison by 9 undergraduates in chemistry. We now have 65 collegiate chapters, 2 colonies and 3 collegiate groups. We also have 9 professional chapters and 15 professional groups. All of these are split into 13 districts across the nation.
